Job Description

We’re looking for an organized, results-driven Sales Manager to lead client relationships and drive growth in the packaging industry. This role focuses on building strong partnerships, managing key accounts, and ensuring smooth coordination from inquiry to delivery — all while supporting our mission of providing smart, sustainable packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients and business partners through local and international packaging standards and compliance processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of packaging industry regulations, product certifications, and market requirements.
  • Coordinate client onboarding, prepare proposals, manage contracts, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Train internal teams on sales processes, product features, and customer relationship management.
  • Liaise with key clients, logistics partners, and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, resolve issues, and provide support for corrective actions when needed.
  • Track and report on sales performance, client feedback, and market opportunities.
